One site with few server decisions

Kinsta or a suitable WP Engine plan is worth evaluating when you want a managed WordPress package. Check the actual resource allowance and the tasks still left to you. Plugin and theme maintenance may involve a paid update service or your own process.

If phone support is essential, do not select WP Engine Startup on the assumption that it includes it. Lite and Startup are excluded. Obtain an eligible quote; if it exceeds $50, either the budget or the support requirement must change. A misleading entry-price recommendation does not solve that conflict.

Several modest sites with technical help

Flexible's per-server organization can be useful if your sites fit a configuration within budget and you can maintain it. Start with measured usage and a provider recommendation. The number of installations a server allows is not the number it can comfortably run under your workload.
